Working alongside interior designer, Space Studio, and Arvida’s design team, Acorn Furniture supplied the majority of the loose furniture throughout the care centre and apartment common areas, contributing to a cohesive furniture solution across the development.
Predominantly featuring Acorn's Signature collection, complemented by selected bespoke pieces, the furniture package was carefully considered to support the differing needs of residents, visitors and staff. Contemporary forms, soft upholstery and warm timber finishes create an inviting atmosphere throughout, helping establish spaces that feel welcoming, familiar and comfortable.
The result is a collection of interiors that support both care and community, providing residents with spaces that feel less institutional and more like home.
A Contemporary Care Setting
Designed to support a range of daily activities, the shared spaces throughout Bethlehem Shores encourage both social interaction and quiet moments of relaxation. Lounge and communal areas have been carefully furnished to provide comfort, accessibility and flexibility, creating environments that can easily adapt to the needs of residents and visitors.
The contemporary interior palette combines clean lines with warm materials and layered textures, creating a refined yet approachable aesthetic that feels residential rather than clinical.

Within the bar area, a distinct scheme introduces a more atmospheric tone, defined by moody greens and deeper timber finishes that set it apart from the wider development.
Within this setting, bespoke furniture elements were introduced to elevate the experience and create a refined focus area. This includes a feature dining table designed to anchor the space, supported by mixed seating arrangements that respond to a range of social settings.
The layering of finishes and materials, combined with considered proportions and detailing, brings a sense of depth and quiet sophistication to the bar, while still remaining connected to the broader furniture narrative across Bethlehem Shores.
